    Hip Opener Workshop

    Saturday 15th February, 4.30-6pm, £17

    Join us for a transformative yoga workshop dedicated to unlocking the full potential of your hips. This 90 minute session is designed to improve hip strength, enhance mobility and deepen flexibility through targeted movements and stretches. It will also help reduce knee and lower back pain and release emotional tension stored in the hips. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

    February Reset: The power of movement, breath and sound

    Sunday 23rd February, 12.30-2pm, £17

    Movement helps to: Focus the mind, reduce cortisol levels and move the body towards the rest, digest and restore nervous system as well as improving mobility, stability, strength and flexibility. Put simply, our bodies need to move.

    Breath helps to: Dial down the fight or flight response and taking conscious control of the breath is a quick way to change your bodies physiology, reducing heart rate, blood pressure and promoting relaxation Sound

    Meditation: Adding sound and vibration to your practise can encourage change at a cellular level, sound encourages our cells to move at a different speed in harmony with the sound wave, rebalancing them through sound and oscillation. Our bodies are 60-80% water and vibrations from the metal and crystal bowls have a direct impact on the muscles, nervous system, heart beat and mind.
