    Hot Yoga / Hot Power Yoga

    Get hot. Feel heavenly.

    Hot yoga is the practice of yoga movements and postures in a heated environment. The many benefits include improved flexibility, mood enhancement, stress reduction, improved cardiovascular health and enhanced skin quality.

    Our 45 minute sessions are taught in our specially adapted studio, which is heated to 37 degrees. Also look out for Hot Power Yoga with added cardio benefits.

    If you have any existing health conditions, you should check with your health care provider before trying hot yoga so please read our Health and Safety Advice carefully.

    Single classes. Plus Beginners and Improvers Programmes.

    Suitable for all abilities, our regular yoga classes focus on the classic poses and breathing techniques of yoga practice.

    Look out for our 6-week block programmes for beginners and improvers which run regularly, and help you to establish and improve your yoga practice.

    Refomer Pilates

    Added resistance. Unbelievable results.

    Reformer Pilates is where the low-impact, mind-body exercise is undertaken on specialist equipment designed to increase levels of resistance and support movement. Our reformer machines are installed in our modern Reformer Room and our six-week programmes will ensure optimum results.

    Yoga Sculpt

    Build strength and power into your yoga.

    Yoga Sculpt is a combination of power yoga and strength training giving you a full-body workout with the benefits of the ancient practice.

    Expect a series of poses with added light weights for a truly unique experience.

    Mat Pilates / Hot Mat Pilates

    Increase strength, flexibility and balance.

    Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Expect improved posture, a stronger core and improved concentration among other benefits.

    Also look out for Hot Mat Pilates - the same class but with added heat!

    Yin and Chakra Session

    Stimulating balance and energy.

    Centred around the Chakras, Yin Yoga is the perfect class for those wanting to slow down, relax and restore their body. In this class we focus on gentle, slow moving, restorative postures which are held for 3-5 minutes to allow for deep relaxation of the muscles and healing of the energy centres in the body.
